Your data belongs to you. This document explains how we handle it in simple terms.
What information do we collect?
We only collect the information we absolutely need to provide our services. When you fill out a form or email us, we collect your name, business email, company name, and phone number. If we build a platform for you that requires logging in, we securely store hashed passwords. We also collect basic technical data like your IP address and browser type to monitor our website performance. We only use minimal functional cookies and do not use invasive tracking cookies.
How do we use your information?
We use your details to reply to your messages. If you hire us, we use your contact information to communicate progress. Anonymous analytics help us understand which pages need improvement. Finally, we may use data to meet legal obligations, such as retaining invoices for tax purposes. We do not use your information for anything else.
Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data to third parties. We share data only with trusted infrastructure providers like AWS and Cloudflare who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality. If we are legally required by a court order, we will comply. We will also share data if you explicitly ask us to do so in writing.
How do we protect your data?
We take security seriously. All data is encrypted using military grade encryption. Access to our internal systems requires multi factor authentication. We conduct regular security reviews and back up all data to secure storage. Our infrastructure is engineered to meet enterprise grade security standards.
What are your privacy rights?
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. You can ask us to fix incorrect data. You can ask us to permanently delete your data, and we will do so within 30 days. You can also opt out of any non essential data processing. We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
How long do we keep your data?
We delete contact form submissions after 12 months unless you become a client. We keep client project data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for support purposes. We keep financial records for 7 years to comply with tax laws. Individual level website analytics data is deleted every 90 days.
